We are seeking a passionate professional in the field of Software Engineering to join us as a Freelance Instructor in a part-time capacity. This is more than just a teaching role ; you will be shaping the next generation of tech professionals. This is a remote position within the European Union. Your mission is to take full ownership of teaching complete curriculum units, providing real-world insights, and guiding students through their journey, preparing them for successful careers in their respective domains. You will foster an interactive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity, and a love for learning. Providing real-time support and feedback during live sessions is crucial. Masterschool will provide the core curriculum and platform support, while you bring your expertise, mentorship, and engagement to the classroom. We require 3 years of hands-on industry experience with strong proficiency in tools, technologies, and frameworks in Software Engineering, including solid programming foundations (Python preferred), software design, and development best practices. We don't just teach new skills; we mentor, motivate, and empower our students throughout their entire career journey Compensation is €32/hour, with the potential to earn up to €3500/month, plus additional performance-based bonuses
As a Software Engineering Instructor, you will deliver high-quality, engaging live sessions on core subjects in Software Engineering. Strong skills in leading engaging, interactive live sessions, explaining complex topics clearly, and a genuine desire to teach and mentor students are essential. Fluency in English is a must, German is an advantage. Specifically, your mission will include: Imparting strong skills in web development and IT.Effectively utilizing operational IT tools.Preparing Bac +3 level students for real-world practical cases.Evaluating student progress through quizzes and practical cases.Fostering an interactive and stimulating learning environment.
